VIET NAM SHIPPING


Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-45 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product or by messages, calling or confirmation documents.  

 

FREE SHIPPING – IN THE VIETNAM

Currently we offer Free Ground Shipping of from $50 or above to every location in Vietnam

HOME DELIVERY & 2-DAY SHIPPING 

Currently we also offer quick Delivery through our shipping partnership & 2-Day Shipping to help expedite any orders you may need to arrive sooner. 2-Day Shipping starts as soon as the order ships from our warehouse, not the day you placed the order. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, with the order outside of Vietnam, if you order we will check the procedures and required documents for your order and inform you the details which include the shipping cost, time of shipping, Duties and Taxes. And especially the product requirements of the country you order from will then confirm with you whether it can be shipped or not, how long it will take, all other information will be discussed in detail in advance and then confirmed.


  1. Pricing

Our system will offer you the appropriate charge based on your delivery address during the checkout process. If the courier service option is not displayed it means that you want your order delivered to a remote area where we can unfortunately not offer delivery via courier service. If delivery is to a main centre and you are not offered the courier delivery option please contact us so that we can double check if the service is available for your post code and we can update our system.

  1. How long does delivery take?

Mainly our products are handcraft so we need 1-5-7-45 days (depending on the complexity of the products) to make according to our process and delivery to you. The delivery time according to the shipping partners policy for different areas. 

We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within one working day of receiving payment confirmation. If you pay via credit card we receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as you've paid. If you pay via EFT or bank deposit, your order will only be dispatched within 7 days to 45 days of your payment clearing. 

  1. Courier delivery takes 2 to 10 working days depending on the order's destination.

We primarily ship through GHTK, GHN, Ninja, Viettel shipping or other shipping service companies. After leaving our facility, carrier typically delivers in 2–10 business days, depending on your shipping address. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. All of our shipments currently ship from Tho Nghiep Village, Nam Dinh, Vietnam. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team if you wish to get a more exact estimate.

  1. Late Deliveries

Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so 'late' delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order. However if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.

  1. What happens if there is no one home when a courier delivery is attempted?

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, so you should always provide a delivery address where there will be an appropriate person to sign for the delivery during these times. If there is no one around to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact the recipient via telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged.


  1. Do I have to receive a courier delivery personally?

Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

  1. Can I track my order?

We will email you your parcel's tracking information the first working day after we send it e.g. if the parcel's leaves our premises on Tuesday you will receive your tracking information via email on Wednesday morning. You can then track your parcel on the courier's website.

  1. Do you deliver overseas?

We do not currently offer overseas delivery in our checkout process, however you are welcome to select the delivery method Collect Yourself and then get your own courier to collect your order for international delivery. Please contact us if you are unsure of how to go about this. Or you can create an online order and then contact us to check the necessary factors to confirm whether this order can be shipped to your country or not, then we will support you in checking and providing information, confirming with you and shipping the goods to you if everything meets the necessary and sufficient conditions and is agreed between both parties, as well as all legal factors.

  1. Can I place an order for delivery in Vietnam if I am not in Vietnam?

You can place an order for delivery in Vietnam no matter where you are in the world. Our website is handy if you live abroad and want to send a amazing gift to relatives or friends who live in Vietnam. Just ensure that the billing address you list is a Vietnamese one, even if paying with an international card.

  1. Where is your warehouse?

We are physically based in Tho Nghiep Village, Nam Dinh, but since we are an online business we deliver anywhere in Vietnam. You can place an order with us through our website or on the phone and we will send your order to you. You can also collect your order from our warehouse.

  1. Can we come and buy products from your warehouse?

Yes, you can order from our warehouse. However we encouraging you place your order online. 


  1. What do I do if I receive goods damaged or broken in transit?

If you do not receive your order in mint condition or if anything is broken or damaged please let us know immediately so that we can ensure the situation is rectified. Whilst we have not lost any parcels in the post to date, goods are occasionally damaged in transit, and there is no question that these will be replaced. If you can, please do take a photo of the damaged item as this helps our packing team improve the way products are sent.

Determining the responsibilities of traders and logistics service providers regarding the provision of goods documents during the delivery process:
- The shipping unit is responsible for providing goods documents during the delivery process.
- gbanature.com is responsible for providing complete and accurate documents related to the goods to the logistics service provider and the consignee.
- All orders are pre-packaged before shipping, sealed by gbanature.com
- The shipping unit will only be responsible for transporting goods according to the principle of "Original packaging", providing documents as delivery notes with information such as: Recipient information (Including: Recipient name, phone number and address, name of goods).
- The shipping unit has the right and responsibility to provide invoices to state management agencies upon request
- All orders have information on the packaging: Recipient name, phone number and address.
- To ensure the safety of the goods, gbanature.com will include a valid Sales Receipt of the product in the parcel (if any). After the customer confirms, gbanature.com will issue an electronic invoice and send it to the email provided by the customer. - The financial invoice or sales receipt is the basis to support the complaint handling process such as: determining the market value of the goods, ensuring the goods are in legal circulation, etc.
